Dear Reader,

This month, my focus has been on the Law of Attraction. For
those of you who don't know, the "Law of Attraction" says that
"like attracts like. Whatever we think about is what we get."

I've known about the Law of Attraction for a while- it's pretty
well-known among most of the coaches I spend time with. We each "take" to it in a different way, but it always works.

How can you notice the "Law of Attraction" working in your
life? Take a minute and look around at everything in your life.
You have whatever you have because you attracted it to you.
If you have a job you love, it is because you believe that you
can love your work- and so you do. If you have a wonderful
relationship, it is because you believe you can love another
and be loved back- and you are.

In the same way, our negative beliefs can also attract negative
experiences. Whatever we think about, with feeling, is what we
create. Are you familiar with the saying, "When it rains, it pours."?

This is the Law of Attraction in action.

Take a minute and think back to the recent past when you were
confronted with a challenging circumstance. Did you find that one thing went "wrong" and then another and then another? If so, you have proof of the Law of Attraction. Whatever we keep thinking about- even when it's something we don't want- whatever we think about a lot, comes to us very easily.

A way to "shift out" of a negative mindset is to distract ourselves. Think about something pleasant for at least 17 seconds - this will get you away from the negative thought and into a more productive place of attraction.

You can have anything and everything you want.

Some of you might be saying, "Yeah. Right. I'll believe THAT when I see it." To which I say, "You have to believe it first, THEN you'll see it."

If you have a situation that you'd like to change- what have you
got to lose? Spend a bit of time thinking about the positive-
the opposite of what is occurring- and notice how the situation
begins to shift.
